Marta is an attorney at law. She specialises in civil law. She also provides assistance in the area of pharmaceutical and medical devices regulations and compliance. Marta advises clients especially in relations to manufacturing, distribution and advertising of medicinal products and medical devices.
Marta also handles litigation, in particular claims for payment, representing clients before the courts and enforcement authorities. She also deals with corporate matters. She delivers advice in public procurement matters, focusing on clients from the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors.
For clients from the medical devices sector, Marta provided advice on the Eucomed Code and the Code of Business Practice (the Code of Good Practices of the market of medical devices) requirements in relation to cooperation of the industry with healthcare professionals. Marta has also experience with supply of medical devices contracts concluded with the Polish public payer (NFZ). She delivered legal advice on regulatory aspects of the physician and nurse professions and medical records.
Marta was involved in reviewing and negotiating clinical trials contracts. She also advised on aesthetic medicine interventions carried out by unauthorised persons and sources of financing the purchase of medicines by the public authorities; she drafted licence agreements concerning a registration dossier and other IP rights to a medicinal products. She also drafted requests to make public information available and letters to the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector.
